Oscar Espinoza
Oscar Espinoza is a senior litigation associate at Mohlman Gurney. Oscar handles wrongful death, nursing home litigation, vehicular crashes, and other personal injury cases.
Prior to joining Mohlman Gurney, Oscar worked as a claims adjuster for several large insurance companies and also as a defense attorney, representing the insurance companies’ clients in hundreds of cases involving motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and wrongful death matters. Oscar now uses the skills that he learned as an insurance defense attorney to vigorously advocate for Mohlman Gurney’s clients.
Oscar was born in Managua, Nicaragua, and is fully fluent in Spanish. Oscar attended high school in Humble, TX, and then continued his education at Baylor University in Waco, Texas, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Forensic Science. After graduating from Baylor, Oscar attended the University of Kansas School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 2007.
In his spare time, Oscar enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, gaming, and cheering for the Baylor Bears.
