Michael is licensed in Kansas and Missouri, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Western District of Missouri and the District of Kansas. He is an expert in employment discrimination matters. Michael has litigated over 150 cases involving adverse employment actions based on sex, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, FMLA status, worker’s compensation claimant status, whistleblowing, and other legally protected characteristics.

Michael has been named a Missouri and Kansas “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers every year since 2012.
